Our take on the Black Forest classic. This dessert features a delicate

dark chocolate mousse with a luscious cherry compote at its center, layered with vanilla cream, hazelnut praline, and chocolate biscuit. Delicately decorated to bring a festive scene to your table. Best of all, it's gluten-free!

agar agar, almond flour, butter, cherry puree, cherry, dark chocolate, edible glitters, gold leaf, egg, fleur de sel, gelatin mass, lemon juice, milk, pearl sugar, rice flour, sugar, thickened cream, hazelnuts.
