Where and when do I pick up my order?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the date and time. We are located at Shop 3a/1 Byron Street in Byron Bay, NSW 

When is your cut-off day?

Orders must be placed 48 hours in advance of your preferred pickup day.

Is it possible to order products for two different dates?

No, you will need to place two separate orders. Two confirmation emails will be sent to you to validate your two orders.

Why can't I order for a distant date?

It is not possible to order more than two months in advance since we change our menu regularly, according to the seasons and the products available from our suppliers.

Can you deliver my order?

Do you do special orders?

Yes, we do. At Eclair at the Bay, we love celebrations. Whatever the occasion, birthdays, honeymoons, weddings...we think that sweet treats make people happy! This is why we are making bulk mini eclairs, profiteroles, croquembouches, and custom cakes for your special day.
