We’re moving to Brisbane!This also means we’ll be closing our Byron Bay shop.

After almost six years in Byron Bay (and nearly three years in our little blue shop), it’s time for our next chapter. Our new patisserie will open in early 2026 in Newstead, Brisbane.

But first, we want to celebrate Byron the way it deserves.

LAST WEEKEND IN BYRON BAY

Our last weekend will be Saturday 29 – Sunday 30 November, and we’re hosting a Farewell Party filled with éclairs, desserts, and sweet little goodies.

Byron Bay, you’ve been with us since the very beginning. Every delivery, every market morning, every wedding, every birthday, every éclair, you’ve made this journey unforgettable (and definitely made us baking lots of cakes!)

We’ll miss you dearly, but this isn’t the end… it’s simply the continuation of our story and vision for @eclair.at.the.bay. And we can’t wait to welcome you into our new Brisbane patisserie soon.
