Once you purchased one of our gift cards we will send you a beautiful physical gift card within a week. If you prefer a digital gift card, please let us know.

 

Purchasing:

Online: Buy a gift card via our website and receive a physical card (send by Australian post) - if you prefer a digital version please let us know.


At the shop : We sell gift card at the shop.

Using the card:

Online: You will be prompted to provide your Gift Card information during the Payment Information stage of the checkout process. Enter the discount code at checkout.

At the shop: Bring your digital card or code to the shop, and we'll be able to utilize it here.

Please note that you can only redeem the full amount at once; split payments are not accepted.

How can I buy redeem a Gift Card? Use your gift card on our website, enter the discount code when checking out. (Free delivery included)

What amounts can be purchased? The minimum value is $50. We have three gift cards $50 / $100 / $150. If you want an specific amount, please email us at info@eclairatthebay.com 

Where can I find the card number ? On the back of your card, you will all the detail and the discount code to use at checkout. 

Does the Gift Card expire? Yes, Eclair at the Bay Gift Card expires 12 months from the date of issue.

Can I get my money refunded or exchange my Gift Card for cash? Eclair at the Bay Cards are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.

What do I do if my Gift Card is lost or stolen? Unfortunately, lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded.
